Work has begun on a new retaining wall for the Trash Shoot Area, and we are looking for more volunteers to help as we continue to tackle this big project!

We'll meet at the Mad River Gorge kiosk at 9am to fill out waivers and gather supplies, and then head over to the Trash Shoot Area to start our workday. We'll have plenty of gloves and tools for volunteers to use, but please make sure to bring water bottles, snacks, and sunscreen. There will be a water jug on site to refill bottles throughout the workday.

Our goal for the workday is to continue construction of the Trash Shoot Area retaining wall, and if we have enough volunteers, we may also start work on improving the Trash Shoot Area stairs as well!
